Values Check-In

Prompt: What are your core values, and do they still feel right? Have any shifted or become more important as you reimagine your future?

My core values have remained steady, but as I reimagine my future, some have deepened in importance. Authenticity, creativity, balance, community, inner harmony, and adventure still define who I am, but the way I embody them is evolving.

  • Authenticity – I’ve sacrificed a lot to live fully as myself, and I refuse to shrink back into spaces that don’t fit. This remains my foundation.

  • Creativity – I don’t just want to be creative in work; I want it to be woven into my daily life—how I dress, how I curate my space, how I express myself.

  • Balance – I’m more aware than ever that I can’t thrive if I’m constantly running on empty. Balance isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity.

  • Community – Starting over in a new city means this value is at the forefront. I’m ready to be intentional about building meaningful connections.

  • Inner Harmony – More than ever, I want peace within myself. Letting go of overthinking, perfectionism, and guilt is part of that journey.

  • Adventure – This has shifted. It’s no longer about grand, bold moves; it’s about small, meaningful exploration—trying new things, embracing curiosity, and creating a life I genuinely enjoy.

These values still feel right, but now they feel more grounded, intentional, and personal—less about ideals and more about how I want to live every day.
